On this page the customer can login with a password and either a username
they have chosen or their account number. Secure procedures are available for the
customer to gain access to the system if they forget their security code.

Page
When the customer logs in, they can see all the details of their on-line
payments on the first page. They can even view their on-line statement if you choose that option. Take a minute to
study this page. Notice, the customer can see their on-line payment history, cancel pre-scheduled
payments and edit other details of their account with all information conveniently displayed on one page.

Make a Payment
Most customers just want to make a payment so this is the next page they see.
It's very easy for them to pay today, schedule a payment, or pick a different
account to pay from.

Payment Summary Form
After the customer makes their payment selection but before the payment is
final, they have a chance to review their entries

Payment Confirmation and Receipt
When the customer clicks the continue button to complete
their payment, they get to this confirmation and receipt form. The confirmation
number can be used to trace this transaction throughout the PAYDQ system, and the
customer gets an email receipt. They can also print their own receipt using the
printer friendly page link at the top.
