PayDQ has been an administrator of electronic payments since 1995. At no point in time have we had a security breach or loss of information. PayDQ consistently achieves service availability above and beyond industry standards outside of scheduled maintenance.

PayDQ protects your customers’ personal data with the highest-level security systems and procedures. Our practices and procedures have earned us both the PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider compliance and the NACHA certification. That means that we fully comply with the strictest requirements of both NACHA and the Data Security Standards of the Payment Card Industry, verified by two independent auditors. The first, (Ambiron TrustWave) tests our external security each month. The other (Solutionary), tests our internal security annually with an on-site audit.

System Reliability and Security

At our primary location, PayDQ operates two redundant systems with failover capabilities. And at our remote backup facility, we operate one system with failover capabilities the remote backup facility data is updated continuously via a dedicated communication circuit. Communication is supplied to both facilities by dual redundant fiber optic circuits, with redundant connections.

Our primary facility has a dual redundant power supply. The backup facility has a triple redundant power supply and is located in an underground hardened building. In the event of a failure of any single system, there will be no interruption of service. In the event of a disaster at the primary location, we can reestablish full production at the backup facility within four hours with no loss of data.
