Security and reliability

PayDQ protects your customers’ personal data with the highest-level security systems and procedures. Our security plan was designed by a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and implemented with state-of-the art equipment and practices. Our practices and procedures have allowed us to meet the demanding criteria for both PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and NACHA certification. This means that PayDQ complies with the strictest requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security and NACHA Standards, as verified by two sets of independent auditors. The first auditor (Ambiron TrustWave) tests our external security each month. While the other (Solutionary), tests our internal security annually with an on-site audit.
