A: PayDQ provides services on a per-transaction basis. The cost of a transaction is based on the service and the volume of payments your customers make using our services. In general, per-transaction costs range between ten and fifty cents. Contact Us for more specific information about pricing.
Q: Are there hidden costs?
A: No, there are no hidden costs. All items for which you will be charged are agreed upon in advance.

A: Any company that receives funds and payment data from many sources will benefit because PayDQ integrates the various payments sources into one, easy payment-reporting channel for the merchant. Companies that bill customers on a monthly basis will benefit most from our services.

A: In most cases, installation is finished within 90 days.
Q: How do you ensure that your system won’t go down?
A: PayDQ has redundant equipment at two hardened, secure locations with backup power and redundant fail-over communication channels.
Q: We have thousands of customers. Will each of them have to enroll in order for us to use your service?
A: No, only customers who want to use the recurring payment service will have to enroll. Customers can save their account information in our secure system to save time each month, but they are not required to.
Q: Where do you store customer data, and how do you protect it?
A: Customer data is encrypted and stored in a secure database protected with firewalls. Only those individuals who require access for processing payments can access the data.
Q: My ISP offers a way to add a credit card processing function to our site. Is your service different?
A: Yes, PayDQ’s payment service is much different than any offered by your ISP. PayDQ can provide end-to-end payment solutions to fully meet your needs, rather than offering just one piece of the payment process. And when it comes to exceptions and other processing issues that can arise when processing credit card and bank payments, PayDQ handles them all—so your employees won’t be bogged down with processing headaches.
Q: What is Web PAY?
A: Web PAY allows a customer to pay an online merchant using their bank account, credit or debit card, or other stored value card. Transactions are protected using security such as Secure Sockets to protect the data being exchanged during the payment process.
Q: Where do I get the code I need?
A: The PayDQ technical staff will provide you with any code needed to connect to the payment site.
Q: How does PAYDQ manage ACH and credit card payments?
A: The ACH transactions are originated through PayDQ’s bank. After PayDQ collects the funds from your customers, the funds are moved to your bank account.
Q: How does PayDQ manage fund settlement?
A: PayDQ is flexible in the fund settlement process. For some clients, the funds settle through their bank account, but for others, the funds settle through a PayDQ settlement account. In either case, PayDQ reconciles the amounts reported for merchant funds distribution to the actual payments made.
Q: How is the chargeback process handled?
A: PayDQ monitors the chargebacks to your merchant account and notifies you through a Chargeback Report that a chargeback has been processed against your account. Chargebacks are processed electronically, so you’ll generally hear from us much sooner than you would be notified by your bank.
